Counselling is a form of talking therapy that offers people a chance to change how they feel and to manage their circumstances better. Counselling provides space for individuals to talk through any problems and be able to express their feelings in a non-judgemental and confidential environment.
With a number of specialized counsellors, we offer both Mainstream and Counselling based on Islamic Principles. These sessions take place on a one-to-one basis with our experienced counsellors in a calm, warm and non-judgemental environment.
